Our daily calories shouldn’t be too high and we shouldn’t work out too much. We don’t want to break down too fast so stop drinking energy drinks and also coffee. Go for regular exercise. When someone starts training right away they don’t do proper recovery, they get tired and their muscles feel stretched. To prevent this problem and to get the maximum benefit, we have to rest and recover. Rest is a necessity. So if you have a month before starting your program you have to do some extra recovery, do not work out right after your training session. The more you do, the worse, even though you have trained for a couple of months you might hurt. Don’t just work out right after your training but go for 4 hours a day. Recovery is crucial so that your muscles get the strength back and you feel ready to conquer tomorrow. To get more fit during your training plan you have to learn how to train your body properly. After you train for some time you need to rest for at least 2 hours. During this period give your body a chance to reset so that it is ready to carry out its tasks. When training your muscles you need to push every single cell. Every single cell is just trying to reach the highest possible speed to perform as many functions and movements as possible. And that’s where most men fail. That’s the problem with training; you work so hard but you do not know how to relax the cells. You don't know when your body will let go and when you will push those tiny cells. No matter how much your train, if you don't get enough rest then you will never be able to recover enough to continue to work hard, you will always feel exhausted, and eventually, you will fall. So what you have to do is to make yourself a priority, make sure you get enough rest and do something about it later on. 

Don’t be satisfied with one training session because there is a possibility to improve your performance. 
Don’t wait until your trainers say you have to do the next training. 
You have to be willing to do the extra work and show them that you have the desire to improve.
